Fund policies

In its activities, the Charitable Foundation «Nasha Sprava Ukraina» relies on the policies approved and implemented in the work of the organization, which clearly define the core values of the organization (for example, responsibility, serving the society, gender-sensitive approach to work, religious freedom, etc.), the fundamental principles of the organization’s activities (for example, non-profitability, non-governmental, independence and self-government, etc.) and guidelines (conflict sensitivity, confidentiality, etc.).

Gender policy is one of the basic components on which the organization’s activities are based. Gender inequality is a fundamental cause of poverty, instability, discrimination and violence. Combating this inequality, as well as other manifestations and forms of discrimination, gender-sensitive planning of programmes and projects, and strengthening the role of women and girls in society are fundamental to our policy.

Political neutrality is one of the main principles of the organization. The Political Neutrality Policy of our organization establishes the requirements that set the standards of political neutrality of the Charitable Foundation «Nasha Sprava Ukraina»

The protection and safety of our contractors, employees and members of the field teams is the main responsibility of our organization. Therefore, in order to raise awareness of the safety of all contractors, employees and members of field teams, the organization’s safety policy was developed and adopted.
