Distribution process automatisation

On 16 February 2024, our team of the ” Nasha Sprava Ukraina” Charity Foundation made another trip to the Mezhivska community to the distribution point of humanitarian aid that we receive from our partners the World Food Programme of the United Nations.

One of the goals of this trip was to transfer the beneficiary registration process to an electronic format. For this purpose, we purchased laptops for the distribution points and trained the staff on the ground.

This will greatly simplify and speed up the distribution of food parcels, and as a result, allow us to distribute them to even more beneficiaries.

During the meeting, we also talked to the beneficiaries and received a lot of positive reviews and gratitude. This result would not have been possible if not for the well-coordinated teamwork on the ground. This is our common mission. Together we are strong!
