    This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Site, concluded between the visitor (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “User”) and the charitable organization “Nasha Sprava Ukraina” (hereinafter referred to as “We”, ”the Foundation”) for the use of the site: https://www.nashasprava.net/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
    The Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we receive from site visitors, the procedure for its collection, processing, and use.
    The Policy describes how we use this information, the methods of working with personal information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions. Information and personal data are collected, processed and used in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
    We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, without notifying you of the relevant changes.
    Your submission of information on the Site signifies your consent to the content of this Privacy Policy and means that you grant your permission for use and disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not send Us any information and stop using the Website.

We may collect information that allows us to identify you (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) if you decide to interact with Us by sending requests, making charitable contributions through the Website. Personal Data includes your name, telephone number, residential address, email address, your documents, other similar information, cookies, tags, IP address tracking, URL, the name of your Internet service provider, IP address, information about your browser software version, viewed advertisements, etc.
    If you want to make a charitable donation through the Website, you will be redirected to the website of a third party payment processor through which you can make such a payment, your payment details will be provided not to the Foundation, but to the payment processor, and your data will be processed by it in accordance with its privacy policy or other agreement concluded with you.
    We do not want to collect information about visitors under the age of 18. If the child’s parents or other legal representatives find out that the child has provided certain information to the site and believe that such data should be deleted, we will take steps to delete such information upon their request.

    Your Personal Data and other information provided by you are used only for the purpose for which you provide it to us, in order to facilitate and organize follow-up with you, to send you correspondence, notifications, advertising information, to maintain a database of contacts, visitors, benefactors for statistical, advertising, sociological and other research, to form contracts and other documents necessary for the registration of our relations.

    The Foundation undertakes to store the information provided by you, to take all precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse, and unlawful alteration. However, no method of transmitting information via the Internet or mobile communications is secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any information.
    You acknowledge this and understand that you personally and independently accept all risks associated with this.

    We may share the information you provide with third parties only to protect the security of our site, to assist in legal proceedings or requests from other governmental authorities, to prevent physical harm or financial loss.

This project is a permanent project, due to the large-scale needs, in case of closure of the project and the balance of funds on the project account, the collected funds will be distributed among other ongoing projects of the charitable organization, and the user automatically agrees that this contribution is charitable and non-refundable.
